Role : GenAI/LLM Engineer
Job Description :
We are looking for strong GenAI/LLM engineers who have good hands-on experience using LangChain, LanGraph, MCP, Agent Harness and Python with 7+ years of experience. You should have worked extensively as part of the development team and participated in agent designing. End to end project experience would be a necessary requirement.
Key Responsibilities :
- MCP : Architect and use MCP (Model Context Protocol) for scalable AI solutions.
- Langraph Agents : Design and deploy Langraph-based agents for complex workflows.
- LangChain Development : Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using LangChain.
- Agent Harness : Implement agent harness frameworks to manage and scale autonomous agents.
- Must have used Python as programing language extensively.
- Self-Learning Agents : Develop adaptive agents capable of continuous improvement and learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed models.
Key Skills & Experience :
- Engineering/Masters degree in IT, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Gen AI & Open AI based frameworks and tools.
- Experience in building MCPs and agent harness systems.
- Experience in LLMs, LangChain, LanGraph.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Proven ability to design and deploy self-learning agents.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills to work across multiple teams.
