• Own infrastructure challenges end-to-end — from code to production and user experience
• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and availability
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitLab CI, and AWS services
• Ensure reliable, zero-downtime deployments across multiple environments and projects
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues proactively
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive improvements in code quality, deployment speed, and overall engineering efficiency
• Support and enhance release processes through automation and scripting
• Design and operate infrastructure for distributed, multi-tenant systems
• Contribute to cloud migration initiatives and infrastructure evolution (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)
• Document infrastructure, workflows, and best practices clearly and consistently
• Continuously evaluate and improve systems with a focus on security, observability, and reliability
• Propose and implement new ideas, tools, and improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
• Solid experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, networking)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred)
• Good knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a must)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks
• Understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalability principles
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
