The role
We're looking for our first Acount Manager dedicated to the UK market: a bilingual English-Italian marketer with agency-side experience who can take over live accounts from day one. You'll own a portfolio of UK merchants end to end, from onboarding to expansion, carry a revenue number on your book from month 3, and give our UK merchants a native-speaking partner as the market scales.
What you'll actually be doing
Own your UK book end to end, from the handover from Sales through onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
Grow revenue on your portfolio by spotting and closing upsells: plan upgrades, new channels, Autonomous CRM.
Run regular business reviews with your merchants, using ROAS and attributed revenue to agree on the next campaigns, channels and goals.
Secure renewals by tracking account health, flagging churn risk early and agreeing a plan with the merchant before the contract ends.
Plan WhatsApp and email campaigns with merchants and coordinate setup with our CS and platform teams.
Create the bridge between the UK and the team: be the voice of UK merchants with Product and Sales, and see technical issues through to resolution with our platform team, Meta and 360dialog.
What you bring
Experience in Account Management or Customer Success, owning a client portfolio with renewal and upsell conversations.
Ecommerce experience preferred, ideally with WhatsApp or email marketing. Strong ecommerce or agency experience is also a good fit.
Commercial sense: you can turn ROAS and attributed revenue into a business case for the merchant.
Autonomy and adaptability: you prioritise your own book and keep up with a product that changes every month.
English native or fully bilingual (C2) and Italian at C1 or above, both mandatory.
Nice to have: experience with conversational commerce or a network in UK ecommerce.

What we offer:
Salary: OTE €37,000 - €55,000 depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.
