Infra Work package Manager
Position Summary
As an ATC Infra Work Package Manager, you will in charge to ensure that the system engineering practices within the workpackage are at the necessary maturity level for the project, in line with the corresponding HoD guidelines. The Workpackge Manager may have a transversal role across multiple workpackages to ensure consistency of process, methods, tools and technologies. Youwill made upgrade air traffic control centers including approach, on route, ground, NavAids, AMHS, P/S radar, including design and supervise acceptance test with costumer, make proposal in BID phase for LAN infrastructure, Civil works like power supply, fire suppression, UPS, Consoles, antennas. Delivery manager on infrastructure and hardware deployment to be on time and in the budget. Supervise and design list of supply for network, time serves, servers, KVM extenders and any item related to deploy ATM systems. be the point of contact for technical costumer and with other Thales entities.

Create a winning offer that must satisfy both Customer (needs, expectations…) and Thales objectives (project viability, growth, Product Policy, sustainable business development
Requirement analysis, Scope of Works Documents.
To formalise any outstanding requirements, finalise and agree on the specification, the chosen design used to develop the solution. provide products and customer solutions in consistency with all stakeholders’ needs and entity policies , as well as continuously enhance engineering competitiveness
Deliver a product/service compliant with the Customer and Thales requirements, and with respect to the cost, schedule and performance taking into account the Customer satisfaction, up to the closure of the contract
Evaluate the design, behaviour, interactions and performance of the solution or solution element and to confirm through provision of objective evidence that the requirements against which it has been designed are fulfilled.

Competencies: Skills, Experience & Education
Formal Education:
Bachelor’s degree - Informatic engineering, system, communication, Airspace
Languages:
Fluent English (written & spoken)
IT/Software:
VISIO
AutoCAD
Operating Systems based on Linux such
Red Hat - CentOS
Experience in years:
5+ years, On site Delivery
Technical Knowledge:
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver results
Improvement of business processes.
