Role Overview

As the Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East, Turkey & Sub-Saharan Africa region, you will define and execute the annual Field and Channel Marketing strategy across your region.

Acting as a strategic business partner to Regional Direct & Indirect Sales Team, you will ensure marketing programs directly contribute to pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, partner engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual regional Field Marketing plan aligned to revenue and pipeline targets.
• Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to define GTM priorities and vertical focus areas.
• Execute integrated enterprise B2B campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels.
• Drive webinars, executive roundtables, workshops, tradeshows, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to co-create joint demand generation programs.
• Manage Coop planning, execution oversight, and ROI tracking.
• Own end-to-end management of regional events including logistics and reporting.
• Track KPIs including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and event ROI.
• Collaborate with ABM Campaigns, Digital, and Product Marketing teams to align messaging and programs

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of field and/or channel marketing experience within the META region.
• Proven experience in B2B technology marketing (cybersecurity preferred).
• Strong understanding of Middle East, Turkey, and Sub-Saharan market dynamics.
• Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proven experience of working on an individual basis as part of a larger disparate geographical team with remote management
• Experience managing live and virtual events.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Based in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Arabic or Turkish language skills are a plus.
