About you:
You’re motivated by the chance to build relationships, open new opportunities and grow your career in sales. You enjoy speaking with people, are comfortable working towards goals, and take a proactive approach to finding opportunities. You’ll be joining a supportive sales development team where you can learn, develop your skills and make a real impact from day one.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Create qualified sales opportunities for Product Specialists by identifying and engaging prospective customers.
- Work towards team and individual targets, supporting wider sales and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn campaigns and content into valuable sales opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers through outbound activity and follow up on inbound leads using our sales tools and best-practice sales techniques.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- A self-motivated and resilient approach, with the ability to stay focused on goals.
- The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority
