We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Graphics Designer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Develop creative designs for events, concerts, exhibitions, corporate functions, and brand activations.
- Keep up with current design trends, tools, and creative industry best practices.
- Ensure all designs align with Balmoral Group’s brand identity and visual standards.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure accuracy before final delivery.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Events teams to deliver design requirements within agreed timelines.
- Prepare artwork for digital publication, printing, and event production.
- Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and social media graphics.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Strong creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design tools.
- Degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
