  • Lead performance interventions where required, including quality remediation, coaching plans, and escalation.

2. Operational Delivery & Oversight

  • Own end-to-end delivery of provider data cleansing, validation, audit, and bulk update activities.
  • Ensure adherence to documented operating procedures, controls, and data governance standards.
  • Monitor delivery against agreed SLAs, turnaround times, and quality thresholds.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues, bulk update risks, or audit failures.
  • Ensure appropriate segregation of duties between data execution, validation, and audit activities.

3. Data Quality, Audit & Control

  • Embed robust quality assurance and audit frameworks across provider data activities.
  • Review audit findings, trends, and root cause analysis; ensure corrective actions are defined and implemented.
  • Provide oversight of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  • Validate readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assurance activities.

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Partner with Business Owners, Technology, Operations, and Clinical stakeholders to prioritise provider data work.
  • Translate business priorities into clear execution plans and team-level deliverables.
  • Provide concise, risk-based updates to senior leadership on delivery status, issues, and mitigations.
  • Represent Data Enablement in cross-functional forums related to provider data, risk, and governance.

5. Continuous Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, tooling, and process optimisation.
  • Work with Data Integration Developers to prioritise scalable bulk solutions and sustainable fixes.
  • Drive standardisation of templates, controls, metrics, and reporting across teams.
  • Embed a continuous improvement culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Key Outputs & Measures of Success

  • Data quality metrics consistently meet or exceed agreed thresholds.
  • On-time delivery of prioritised cleansing, audit, and bulk update activities.
  • Reduction in repeat data defects and audit findings through effective root cause management.
  • Clear, timely, and transparent stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrable improvements in automation, efficiency, and control maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading teams within data management, data quality, or operational excellence functions.
  • Strong understanding of provider data domains and systems (PRM, PAS, Globalcare, Actisure, Diamond, Mainframe).
  • Experience operating within governed, regulated, or audit-driven environments.
  • Ability to balance hands-on operational oversight with strategic prioritisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within healthcare, insurance, or international health services environments.
  • Exposure to bulk data operations, ETL processes, or data integration tooling.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, CDE management, and audit methodologies.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple role types or disciplines.

Leadership Expectations

  • Acts as a role model for quality, accountability, and ethical data management.
