YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a supervisor you will support the team senior manager in managing a team of Quality Auditors in EGS. Key to the role will be developing and coaching the team to deliver a high quality audit service to Cigna. Your role includes:
- Accountable to review and assess inventory levels coordinating goals and planning and adjust where needed in view of achieving the targets.
- You are accountable to ensure that productivity, quality (thru the Audit the Auditor program) and motivation of the individuals are managed properly to achieve quality targets/KPI’s.
- Being proactive in identifying improvement/enhancement opportunities and be an active owner of seeking and sharing ideas for innovation in business processes.
- Partner extensively with various departments within the EGS organization to include Operations, Clinical, Network etc. to ensure the achievement of quality metrics.
- Ensure strong employee engagement within the team, including day to day involvement, motivation, conflict management, training, well being and performance
- Having monthly 1-2-1s and quarterly check-in conversations with all team members
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and be fully accountable for the implementation of new ways of working and the measurement of the results in alignment with the broader Communication Strategy and in coordination with the Management Team
- Taking ownership of Quality Audit tool needs to ensure accurate information is available in the system. It includes support the team members when needed, update user information
- Ensure Time Management tool is accurately updated by the team members and perform updates when needed.
- Proactively address and/or escalate any risks to the team Manager
- Collaborate on the client external audits when needed and requested by the team Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience. Any prior experience in the field of Quality Audit or internal audit is a plus.
- 2 or 3 years experience in Quality audit team.
- You have a perfect knowledge of English. Mastering other languages is an important influential asset.
- You are analytical and have a critical mindset.
- You have an extensive knowledge of claims control, medical terminology and medical cost components.
- You have a good knowledge of Excel
- You manage multiple timelines and priorities for self.
- You are decisive
- You act with the highest integrity and respect for procedures
- You are a real team player
- You work efficiently and accurately
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
