Your role at Clorox:
We are looking to add two experienced Plant Maintenance Managers to support the Atlanta Main Plant. The successful individuals will provide plant-wide maintenance leadership for 1 of 4 assigned shifts, ensuring effective coordination of maintenance resources across all production lines and rapid response to operational priorities of the Atlanta Main plant while operating in a 2-2-3, 12-hour shift schedule. This role is responsible for providing maintenance leadership and support across a nine-packaging line and 5 blow molding line manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent maintenance coverage, resource coordination, and execution of plant priorities throughout assigned shifts. This individual will work together with the BULs, Operations Managers, Engineers and shift maintenance managers, to develop the maintenance strategy to help Atlanta Main achieve its goals to improve the enterprise margin and supply chain.In this role, you will:
- Oversee a specific shift’s plant-wide maintenance operations to drive efficient and effective operations
- Prioritize maintenance resources based on the shifts plant-wide operational needs
- Providing technical leadership and decision-making support during equipment failures and production interruptions
- Lead the shift escalation process and crucial issue response
- Supervise the shifts maintenance coordinators, mechanics, and EICs
- Facilitate proactive, collaborative communication and handoffs between maintenance leadership teams across 4 shifts
- Contribute to equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational KPIs in partnership with operations and engineering leaders
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams for seamless operations
- Implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Minimize unplanned downtime through predictive maintenance technologies
- Optimize planned downtime for scheduled maintenance and line cleaning
- Manage technical stores, work orders, labor allocation, and BOMs
- Ensure proper documentation and analysis of equipment failures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance and operations
- Manage people development and performance of direct reports.
What we look for:
- Willingness and ability to work a 12-hour shift to include weekends on a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am, depending on the shift assignment)
- Previous Maintenance Leader experience at Atlanta Main preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a high production, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- 3+ years’ experience with direct leadership/management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated leadership of people. Building teams others want to be a part of.
- Excellent training, coaching, performance management and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with maintenance planning systems and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Industrial working knowledge, including hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems that arise on the maintenance floor
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proven project management and problem-solving abilities
- Effective budget planning and management
- Highly organized
- Experience with MRO parts inventories, procurement fundamentals, and improvement methodologies (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SAP and or other ERP processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred technical degree, but relevant experience considered

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $90,900 - $170,100
-Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900
-Zone C: $75,800 - $141,700
