Job Description Summary:

Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Manufacturing Startup Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead startup, operational readiness, 4M readiness and technology transfer activities.
• Develop and execute startup and ramp-up plans.
• Provide manufacturing input into design and implementation.
• Lead operator training, qualification and SOP deployment.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain readiness.
• Drive issue resolution during startup and stabilization.

Success Measures

• Successful startup execution.
• 4M readiness completed.
• Technology transfer completed successfully.
• Training and qualification targets achieved.
• OEE, quality and production targets achieved.

応募要件
