[What the role is]
Lead and enhance student experience, engagement, and holistic development initiatives through digital platforms, scholarship programme, and related student engagement programmes and signature events. The role will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful student experiences, strengthen student participation, and support students' development journey. In addition, the role will support the administration, enhancement, and optimisation of digital platforms and systems, leveraging technology, data analytics, automation, and user experience improvements to enable effective programme delivery and student engagement.[What you will be working on]
- Lead and support scholar-related initiatives, including scholarship engagement, development activities, and student recognition programmes.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver student engagement programmes, CCA management initiatives, and signature events that foster participation, leadership development, and a vibrant campus experience.
- Leverage digital platforms and technology-enabled solutions to enhance programme delivery, event management, student engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as the product owner for the digital platforms and related student experience systems, driving platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Gather and translate business requirements into digital solutions, system enhancements, automation, dashboards, and workflows that improve student engagement and programme delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement and maintain digital platforms, integrations, and technologies that strengthen the student experience ecosystem.
- Manage platform operations, administration, governance, user support, website management, CRM, event systems, and learning platforms to ensure reliable, effective, and user-centric service delivery.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Student Development, Education, Business, Communications, Events Management, Social Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines, with the ability to support student engagement, holistic development, scholarship initiatives, CCA activities, and programme delivery.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering student engagement programmes, leadership development initiatives, scholarship-related activities, CCAs, experiential learning opportunities, or signature events, with a proven ability to create meaningful and impactful student experiences.
- Strong understanding of student engagement strategies, programme management, stakeholder engagement, and event delivery, with the ability to design and implement initiatives that strengthen student participation, development, and campus life.
- Experience working with students and diverse stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, and vendors, to deliver successful programmes, activities, and events that support student growth and engagement.
- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, Power BI, Excel, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to monitor participation trends, evaluate programme effectiveness, generate insights, and support continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, websites, CRM systems, event management platforms, learning management systems, and student-facing applications, with the ability to support platform administration, user adoption, service delivery, and enhancement initiatives.
- Understanding of business analysis, process improvement, automation, Agile methodologies, design thinking, and user-centred design practices, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve programme delivery and operational effectiveness through technology.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and project coordination skills, with the ability to engage students, build partnerships, and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver meaningful student experiences and programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment while coordinating scholarship activities, student engagement programmes, CCAs, signature events, and operational responsibilities.
- Interest in digital innovation, AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage technology-enabled solutions to enhance student engagement, streamline operations, improve service delivery, and support holistic student development.
- May be required to plan, organise, and lead students on overseas immersion programmes.
- Experience in higher education, student development, student affairs, education technology, student systems, engagement platforms, or related environments will be an advantage, particularly in enhancing student participation, development, and overall campus experience.
