We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook

Location: Aguda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure meals are ready and served at scheduled times.
• Minimise food wastage and ensure effective use of ingredients.
• Plan and organise daily meal preparation according to approved menus.
• Work effectively with other kitchen personnel.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Monitor food supplies and report items running low.
• Follow food safety procedures and company kitchen policies.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in good working condition.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.
• Assist in menu planning and suggesting new meal options.
• Monitor portion sizes and maintain consistency in food quality.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and preservation of food items.
• Ensure meals are properly seasoned, cooked and presented.
• Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental dishes.
• Inspect food ingredients for freshness and quality before use.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
