Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of wok dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, rice, meat, seafood, and vegetables.

• Ensure food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

• Manage ingredients efficiently and minimise food wastage.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Wok Chef or in Asian cuisine.

• Good knowledge of wok cooking techniques and Asian ingredients.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Strong teamwork, organisation, and time management skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
