At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dynamic and engaging Operations Managerto lead both our Guest Services and Breakfast operations. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be the champion of our overall guest experience-mentoring, training, and inspiring our front office and morning food service teams to deliver the seamless, genuine hospitality that keeps our guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of Guest Services and Breakfast, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
- Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of the General Manager.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
