Working closely with HR and operational stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also providing support across employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR administration.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of positions and business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and attract high-quality talent
  • Coordinate onboarding and support the employee lifecycle process
  • Maintain employee records and update information within HR systems
  • Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace consultations
  • Support industrial relations activities and workforce planning initiatives
  • Prepare employment documentation and HR correspondence
  • Coordinate training activities and maintain HR administration processes
  • Assist with payroll-related data collection and reporting requirements
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Provide general HR and administrative support as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or HR administration
  • Exposure to high-volume or operational recruitment environments
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and general HR processes
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable approach
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating with broader teams
  • Flexibility to support business operations when required, including occasional travel

Experience supporting employee relations or industrial relations matters will be highly regarded.

What's on Offer

  • Join a growing international organisation during an exciting period of expansion
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact on workforce growth and people initiatives
  • Exposure to both talent acquisition and HR generalist activities
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Modern workplace culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork
  • Stable long-term career prospects within a successful global business
