ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Data Scientist to join our data-driven marketing team. You will work closely with our teams to solve complex client business and marketing problems — analyzing data, building models, creating dashboards, and developing solutions that drive client success.RESPONSIBILITIES•Collaborate with business teams to understand client needs and define analytical approaches•Analyze data to identify key insights and business opportunities•Gather requirements and build predictive machine learning models to guide decision-making•Develop data models to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns•Measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns•Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders•Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques and industry trendsQUALIFICATIONS•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields•Well-versed in Python and SQL; proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)•Proven experience building models, production deployment, and optimization at scale•Good understanding of distributed data systems, linear algebra, statistics, and probability•Experience in search/recommendation systems or MLOps is a big plus•Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and marketing knowledge•Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities•Growth mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Well-versed in Python and SQL; proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Proven experience building models, production deployment, and optimization at scale
Good understanding of distributed data systems, linear algebra, statistics, and probability
Experience in search/recommendation systems or MLOps is a big plus
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and marketing knowledge
Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
Growth mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
