Your Key Responsibilities
- Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare - Oversee temporary workers onsite, ensure smooth payroll processing, resolve queries, and coach/support performance
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions
- Candidate Selection & Placement - Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements
- Delivering High-Quality Service - Uphold company values and maintain service excellence
