Video Editor
Video-first content is central to how our business grows, reels, brand videos, ads, all of it. A strong editor with real motion, 3D, and CGI range lets us produce premium, differentiated video in-house, at speed, without waiting on outside vendors. That's the gap this role fills.
We're small and scaling, which means the editor in this seat won't stay boxed into execution alone for long. As the team grows, you'll have real input into how the video and motion pipeline itself gets built, not just what runs through it, and a hand in setting the creative bar the rest of the team works against.
That's a different kind of room to grow than a bigger agency where an editor stays an editor for years!

Tasks
- Short-form editing (reels, ads) and long-form brand video
- Motion graphics and animation in After Effects
- 3D and CGI elements where the brief calls for it
- Fast turnaround inside a live production pipeline, delivered to platform specs and brand standards every time
Requirements
- Advanced After Effects skills, this isn't a role to learn the tool on the job
- Strong editing craft: pacing, sound design, captions, the fundamentals that make an edit actually land
- Real 3D or CGI capability, work you've shipped, not tutorials you've followed
- Senior-level experience with a showreel or portfolio ready to share

Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka, our team works together in person day to day. Strong written and spoken English matters here too, most of our client-facing communication runs through it.
Compensation is competitive and market-aligned. 3-month probation.
