For our continued growth in the Americas region, we are looking for a Director - Pipeline and Growth Marketing, Americas to lead all demand generation efforts for the Americas region with direct responsibility for marketing-sourced pipeline. This role will partner closely with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth, increase market awareness, and establish Theobald Software as a leading SAP integration provider in North America.

Your mission - Responsibility starts with you

• You are accountable for US pipeline generation. Together with Sales, you define and execute the mix of campaigns, programs and channels required to achieve pipeline targets and manage the US marketing budget accordingly. You develop and execute campaigns built for the US market and bring US-specific input into our global campaigns before they launch.
• You will oversee lead engagement throughout the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial interest through opportunity creation. You establish and manage reporting on key funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and marketing-sourced revenue.
• You will own our events, including webinars (10-12 per year) and trade shows. You'll shape the topics, drive registration and attendance, and own the follow-up that turns interest into opportunity.
• You'll lead joint GTM campaigns with our strategic partners, using co-marketing assets and available marketing funds to generate partner-sourced pipeline.
• You serve as the Marketing leader for the Americas region, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on market intelligence, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.

Your profile - Passion Meets Performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the enterprise software industry
• Proven history of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact, with the ability to discuss campaign performance, investment levels, conversion metrics, and revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling demand generation programs for the US enterprise software market.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling demand generation programs for the US enterprise software market.
• Hands-on fluency with marketing automation and CRM Hubspot & Microsoft Dynamics 365. You build the campaign yourself; you don't hand it to someone else.
• Flexibility to work with global marketing team in different time zones.
• Experience managing six-figure or seven-figure annual marketing budgets.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms and modern demand generation practices.
• Ability to travel to events and HQ in Germany.
