Reporting to the Director of Data and Information Systems, the Manager will work closely with the Lead, Health Sector PFM & Fiduciary Risk Assessment, translating PFM, financial, HRIS, and program data into actionable evidence on fund flows, disbursement, expenditure, performance, and risk at national and subnational levels. • Triangulate existing PFM, fiduciary, audit, institutional, and capacity assessments with current system data and project verification findings to identify evidence gaps and areas that may require additional assessment or field review.
