Key Responsibilities

External Marketing & Content Writing (This represents the majority of the role and requires a creative, strategic, and audience-focused writing style.)

• Develop compelling, strategic content for external audiences, including website copy, blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, and social media.

• Conduct stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews to gather information and develop accurate, engaging content.

• Partner with the Marketing team to create content strategies aligned with business objectives, brand priorities, and audience needs.

• Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify relevant content opportunities.

• Ensure content consistently reflects established brand guidelines, voice, and tone.

• Proactively identify and recommend new content topics and formats that increase engagement and brand visibility.

• Translate complex technical and business information into clear, compelling, audience-friendly content.

Internal Communications & Content Development

• Develop internal communications that inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization.

• Create announcements, leadership communications, program updates, and other employee-facing content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure messaging is accurate and clear.

• Translate complex business and operational information into concise, easy-to-understand communications.

• Manage multiple content projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, marketing communications, or a related field.

• Experience writing for both external marketing and internal communications.

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts across an organization.

• Ability to think strategically and develop content that supports broader business and marketing objectives.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools preferred.

Job Compensation
