The Opportunity
This Associate role offers hands-on exposure to asset-level pricing, structuring, and syndication across NGC's C-PACE lending platform, including single-asset, single-borrower (SASB) transactions. You'll work directly with Originations deal teams on day-to-day pricing decisions while also building the pricing tools and comp databases that scale our platform's underwriting discipline. This role reports to the Associate Director of Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze pricing approval requests with Originations deal teams, with a focus on timely turnaround
- Develop and maintain self-serve pricing tools for the Originations team
- Prepare cash flow models to support SASB rating processes and syndicated transaction execution
- Build and maintain a comps and pricing database drawing on CMBS, syndicated transactions and investor feedback
- Prepare due diligence FAQs on deal structure and cash flows to support syndication marketing
- Support the transition of closed syndicated deals to the Asset Management team
- Support the sizing and execution of hedging activities
- Lead or support other ad hoc Capital Markets projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in CMBS, structured finance, credit or capital markets, ideally with direct commercial real estate exposure
- Advanced Excel modeling skills, with hands-on experience building structured finance waterfalls and cash flow analyses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and tasks independently or with limited supervision
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders and workstreams
- Prior experience specifically with C-PACE or commercial real estate credit
- Experience with SASB or single-asset securitized transaction structures
- Experience in Bloomberg
- Experience preparing investor-facing diligence materials
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-10-19Base Pay Range: $67,000/yr - $90,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
