TIAA is an American financial services organisation founded in 1918 by the Carnegie Foundation to provide pensions for university teachers who had none, and it remains focused on the academic, medical, government and non-profit sectors. It is structured as a non-profit at the parent level with a for-profit subsidiary, and it is best known for its traditional annuity, an unusual product that pays lifetime income and has shared surplus with participants for over a century. Headquartered in New York, it administers retirement plans for millions of employees and owns the real estate manager Nuveen.

This Senior Administrative Assistant role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to upper management within the Energy Infrastructure Credit business.
