About the Role

The Client Ticketing Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Adelaide. This role will work closely with clients from SA's most prestigious venues, ticketing world-class entertainment events.

As a Client Services Manager, you will be the driving force ensuring each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments, including marketing, web, technology, and finance, to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.

Requirements

Outcomes to Deliver

  • Client Relationships: Partner with clients to define event ticketing build requirements and timeframes, delivering accurate builds and providing timely insights.
  • Event Operations: Master the ticketing system to build and maintain events, while managing end-to-end ticketing operations on event days.
  • Event Day Delivery: Provide on-site testing and engagement throughout events, including managing Box Office staff, post-event reporting, operational feedback, and settlements.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal and external leads to ensure promotional strategies are implemented and fulfilled seamlessly.
  • Business Development: Work with the State Manager to innovate and provide value-added solutions that increase ticket sales and build brand profile.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: You demonstrate a client-focused attitude and communicate with style and professionalism across all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: You possess sharp attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in fast-paced environments.
  • Relationship Mastery: You have the ability to develop new and existing relationships, resolving client problems in a helpful, efficient manner.
  • Technical Aptitude: You have an understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn) complex ticketing systems and digital processes.
  • Experience working in events or ticketing systems is desirable.

Other key considerations for this position

-Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.

-Attendance at events is mandatory for the CSM position

$72,500 base + super
