Something doesn't feel quite right .... Ticketek's website is up and running, but it looks as though our system has picked up on some unusual activity from your current visit. It's temporarily keeping you from accessing our site.

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) is a Live Experience Group that helps people discover, access and experience the unforgettable. We believe Life is better live®.

With over 50 years in live entertainment, we sell more than 30 million tickets annually, connect with 30 million fans across Australia and New Zealand, and bring 18,000+ events to life each year. Headquartered in Sydney, we operate globally across eight pillars: Ticketing, Live Touring, Sport, Immersive Experiences, Customer & Data Solutions, Venues, VIP Experiences and Partnerships. Through our integrated operating model, we bring the best live content, ticketing and technology to our partners and create unforgettable memories that last a lifetime

Our values guide everything we do: we partner with purpose, empower boldness within clear boundaries, and celebrate human connection - always putting the fan first.

The Role

Sitting within Client Solutions, part of TEG Marketing, Media & Intelligence, this is one of four portfolio-based roles partnering directly with contracted venues and promoters across South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You'll turn data and analysis into strategies that maximise ticket sales and yield, drawing on Ticketek Marketing, TEG Media and TEG Intelligence to give clients a coordinated, capability-backed plan.

This role is preferably based in Adelaide and while the focus is retention and value maximisation within your existing client base, you'll also act as an evangelist for the full TEG marketing, media and intelligence stack, surfacing growth opportunities for the wider Client Solutions team.

Requirements

Outcomes to Deliver

Here's what success looks like in this role:

  • Data-Led Sales & Marketing Strategy: Interpret audience and purchasing behaviour data, sales trends and web analytics/drop-off patterns for each venue or promoter in your portfolio, and translate this into clear, actionable strategies that maximise ticket sales and yield.
  • Venue & Promoter Relationship Management: Own a portfolio of contracted venue and promoter relationships as the primary strategic point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships and maintaining account plans that track strategy, performance and forward opportunity.
  • Growth & Capability Evangelism: Identify opportunities to expand contracted scope within your existing portfolio, championing the full TEG marketing, media and intelligence capability stack, and referring larger or more complex opportunities to the right team.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with Ticketek Marketing, TEG Media and TEG Intelligence to ensure the strategies you recommend are deliverable, and feed client insights back into product and service development.

Capabilities to Bring

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years in a sales, marketing strategy or account management role with a strong data or analytics component, ideally within ticketing, entertainment, media or events.
  • Analytical Translator: Strong working knowledge of audience/purchasing behaviour data, sales trend analysis and web analytics, with the ability to translate data into practical, client-facing strategy.
  • Trusted Advisor: Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to venue and promoter stakeholders and a working understanding of pricing and yield optimisation concepts.
  • Collaborative Operator: Ability to work across multiple capability teams (marketing, media, data) to assemble a coherent strategy for each client, with a strong understanding of data privacy obligations relevant to client and consumer data handling.
  • Desirable Extras: Experience commercialising data products or data-driven marketing solutions, affiliate/partner channel marketing exposure, familiarity with pricing/yield optimisation tools, and existing relationships within the venue and/or promoter landscape.
