Preferred Experiences
- 英語での読み書き
- 自動運転、自律走行システムやロボットの開発経験
- 技術関連の大会出場経験（プロコン、ロボコン、つくばチャレンジ等）
- ソフト/ハードにまたがるシステムインテグレーションの経験
- OS、ミドルウェア、ロボット制御の開発経験
- チーム開発経験
- Autowareの理解
- 機械学習、制御工学、画像処理、点群処理、自己位置推定、経路計画及びその他自律移動システムの要素技術に関する知識、学位、研究経験
- ISO26262やそれに準ずる安全規格に関する知識
- CI/CDに関する知識

- Proficiency in reading and writing in English/Japanese
- Experience in the development of autonomous driving, autonomous systems, and any other robots
- Experience participating in technology-related competitions (such as programming contests, robot competitions, etc.)
- Experience in system integration across software and hardware
- Experience in OS, middleware, and robot control software development
- Experience in software development in a team
- Knowledge of Autoware
- Research experience or knowledge of machine learning, control engineering, image processing, point cloud processing, localization, path planning, and other technologies related to autonomous driving systems
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 or equivalent safety standards
- Knowledge of CI/CD

Working Conditions
Salary
想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：416,667円～1,666,667円
月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：307,667円 ~ 1,232,667円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）
固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として109,000円 ~ 434,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥109,000 to ¥434,000will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.
