Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?

As a AIML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LangGraph, Python, and ReactJS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value for our clients.

• AI Use Case Development: Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and Generative AI use cases using LLMs and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to address complex business challenges.
• LLM & Agentic AI Development: Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, conversational solutions, and intelligent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
• Azure AI Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and production-ready AI application architectures on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure AI services and cloud-native capabilities.
• Azure AI Integration & Deployment: Configure, integrate, and deploy Azure AI services and toolsets, including Azure OpenAI and other relevant Azure services, into enterprise applications.
• Full-Stack AI Application Development: Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python and build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, enabling end-to-end AI application development.
• AI Application Engineering: Integrate LLMs, APIs, vector databases, enterprise data sources, and AI services to develop scalable and reliable AI-powered applications.
• Solution Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, cost, security, reliability, and user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Consulting, Data Science, Engineering, and other teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and accelerate AI adoption across client organizations.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, demonstrate AI capabilities, and recommend appropriate Azure and Generative AI solutions.

What do we expect?

• Azure AI Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying AI/GenAI solutions on Microsoft Azure, with a good understanding of Azure AI services and cloud architecture.
• Generative AI & LLM Expertise: Proven experience building LLM-powered applications, with hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and LLM integration.
• Python Development: Strong proficiency in Python with experience developing backend services, APIs, AI orchestration, integrations, and production-grade applications.
• ReactJS Development: Hands-on experience with ReactJS and the ability to build user-friendly front-end interfaces for AI-powered applications.
• Full-Stack AI Development: Experience developing and integrating Python-based AI backends with ReactJS front-end applications, delivering end-to-end AI solutions.
• AI Application Architecture: Strong understanding of scalable AI application architectures, API integrations, cloud deployment, security, monitoring, and productionization.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex AI and cloud concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cloud & DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native deployment practices is preferred.
• Azure Certification: Microsoft Azure AI or relevant cloud certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) will be an added advantage.
