Responsibilities

Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven products, services, or features by understanding the needs of product users.

Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership.

Analyze complex technologies and use cases to produce meaningful technical insights that drive product development and influence the product development roadmap.

Manage the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems for data collection and data analysis ensuring metrics and reports are targeted towards continuous product innovation, improvement, and optimization.

Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals.

Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, or designing UX surveys, to validate and analyze customers' and users’ needs;

Designing A/B tests to run experiments and designing business value metrics to track feature performance;

Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution;

Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and/or status documents; and

Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.

Salary Range: $228000 - $374000 per year
