Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising projects effectively and collaborate closely with affiliate merchandise product teams to improve the overall creator merchandising experience.
Conduct data-driven analysis of merchandise data and design strategic indicator systems aligned with business' marketing objectives.
Analyze the needs and goals of the business, conduct in-depth industry research, understand the needs of target users, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and product trends to identify new optimization directions that drive product retention and user growth.
Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Analytics (any), Business, Marketing, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Analytics (any), Business, Marketing, or a related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;
Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, or status documents;
Building dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate product performance; and
Using Excel, Tableau, or Python to derive data relationships, insights and monitor KPIs.
Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 10%.

Salary Range: $228000 - $374000 per year
