GTM Systems Specialist

Tines is investing in its quote-to-cash platform and process. This role contributes to how that platform is built and administered. You will be the systems owner for our quote-to-cash configuration in DealHub and Salesforce, inputting to the design direction, and technical build and administration.

What you'll do

• Own DealHub build-out, configuration and day-to-day admin. Be the accountable owner of the platform: product catalog and SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, playbooks and quote flows, approval workflows, document and template management, and the Salesforce integration.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap. Working with Senior team members, translate where the business is going into a sequenced buildout plan as our products and commercial models evolve, and make the design calls that keep the configuration extensible rather than accumulating rework with every pricing change.
• Support our implementation partners. Scope and prioritise third-party services work, translate their the specifications and execute the builds, review and test what comes back, and hold quality and timeline.
• Set standards and governance. Define how change gets made: intake and prioritisation, sandbox and release practice, testing expectations, documentation standards, and the data-quality rules that stop bad data being created at the point of entry.
• Own the wider GTM stack in your scope. Maintain Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reporting) and the adjacent GTM tools that integrate with quote-to-cash.
• Be the systems partner to the business. Run requirements discovery with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal, push back when an ask will not scale, and turn ambiguous business problems into specs people can build from.
• Maintain standards. Create the documentation and delivery standards for GTM Systems, mentor more junior analysts as the team grows

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of a revenue-critical platform.
• Hands-on DealHub administration experience. You have configured, not just used, DealHub: product catalog, pricing and discount rules, playbooks, approval workflows, templates, and the CRM integration. This is a requirement for this role.
• Strong Salesforce administration fluency: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards.
• Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash: quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, and the downstream handoffs into billing and compensation.
• Demonstrated solution design, not just configuration: you can take an ambiguous business problem, choose an approach, and defend the trade-offs behind it.
• Experience scoping and managing external implementation partners or contractors, and holding them to a standard.
• Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including saying no to a request that will not scale, and settling disagreements across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, and a service mindset toward the reps who depend on the platform.

Bonus points

• Exposure to a second enterprise CPQ platform alongside DealHub.
• Experience configuring CPQ through a pricing or packaging change
• Experience working alongside external implementation partners or systems integrators.
• Exposure to CaptivateIQ, NetSuite, or comparable ICM and ERP integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience working in an agile or sprint-based delivery model.
