At Titan Wealth International (TWI), we're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Wealth Planning Director to join our growing Global Wealth Division in Dubai.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished financial planner to work with high-net-worth individuals, providing sophisticated financial planning advice across investments, retirement planning, protection, estate planning and tax-efficient strategies. You'll manage complex client relationships, deliver tailored wealth solutions and play a key role in developing the next generation of advisers within the business.
The Opportunity
As a Wealth Planning Director, you'll be responsible for managing some of our most valuable and complex client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll act as a trusted adviser, helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals through bespoke planning strategies and ongoing advice.
Alongside managing your own client portfolio, you'll serve as a technical expert within the planning team, mentoring colleagues, supporting complex case discussions and contributing to the continued development of our advice proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial planning advice across investments, retirement, protection and tax planning.
- Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth and complex clients.
- Create and implement tailored financial plans aligned to clients' objectives.
- Conduct regular client reviews and maintain comprehensive planning documentation.
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure ongoing suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providers and strategic partners.
- Ensure all client files and documentation remain compliant with regulatory and company standards.
- Support and mentor Wealth Planners and Senior Wealth Planners within the team.
- Act as a technical reference point for complex advice cases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of advice quality, client experience and planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
About you:
- Chartered Financial Planner status or CISI Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of five years' experience advising high-net-worth clients.
- Significant experience within a Private Wealth or Financial Adviser environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and commercial skills.
- Experience advising internationally mobile or expatriate clients.
- Specialist qualifications in areas such as pensions, trusts, estate planning or international tax.
- Degree-level education.
