Titan Wealth is a vertically integrated wealth management group headquartered in London that brings financial planning, investment management, fund solutions and custody for individuals and financial advisers under one roof. Founded in 2021 and backed by Parthenon Capital Partners and Hambleden Capital, it reports over 35 billion pounds of assets under management, more than 1,200 employees and operations in eight countries, and has grown through acquisitions such as Innes Reid, AHR Group in Dubai and LTS Tax. It hires financial planners and trainee planners, paraplanners, wealth planners, client support and administration staff, accountants, legal counsel and HR roles.

As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll provide administrative support to multiple Financial Planners, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for both advisers and clients. Unlike traditional one-to-one support models, this role involves working across several advisers, requiring excellent communication skills, adaptability and the confidence to manage competing priorities.

The Norwich office is currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation as it becomes more closely aligned with the wider Titan Wealth business. With ongoing process improvements, system enhancements and evolving ways of working, we're looking for someone who embraces change and enjoys being part of a growing and evolving business.
