Procurement Manager ( Chinses Speaking)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities for a fast-paced logistics and transport operation in Phnom Penh. This role manages supplier relationships, cost control, and timely sourcing to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.
● Coordinate closely with internal teams to understand demand, resolve issues, and support operational needs.
● Review market trends, compare quotations, and recommend cost-effective procurement solutions.
● Monitor inventory, lead times, and procurement records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
● Prepare reports, track performance, and support continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in procurement, preferably in logistics, transport, or a similar operational environment.
● Strong Chinese speaking skills are required; English communication is an advantage.
● Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office.
● Experience in a managerial role is preferred.
