Head/Lead of Growth

Currently, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Head for MOOZ.

MOOZ is a B2C technology company building a specialized platform for online music and vocal lessons. The product is designed as an alternative to traditional video-conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet, with a strong focus on high-quality sound transmission and synchronization for music teachers and their students.

MOOZ is currently rebuilding its growth function and looking for a hands-on growth professional who can develop and validate a new web acquisition model from scratch.

What you will do

• Analyze the current product, target audience, acquisition channels, and results of previous experiments.

• Research competitors and best practices across B2C subscription products.

• Build and launch Web2Web / Web2App funnels from scratch.

• Develop funnel structure, offers, messaging, value propositions, landing pages, quizzes, and payment flows.

• Generate and validate creative hypotheses, angles, references, and briefs.

• Work closely with UA and creative specialists on acquisition and creative testing.

• Launch and iterate multiple funnel scenarios.

• Work with Meta Ads as the primary acquisition channel and gradually explore additional channels.

• Analyze conversion rate, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS / ROMI, and overall unit economics.

• Work with web analytics, attribution, and experiment tracking.

• Identify bottlenecks across the customer journey and turn insights into product and funnel hypotheses.

• Coordinate designers, developers, contractors, and other specialists required for execution.

• Decide which processes should initially stay hands-on and which should be delegated or outsourced.

• Once the acquisition model is validated, help build and scale the growth / marketing team around it.

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on experience building and launching Web2Web / Web2App funnels end-to-end.

• Proven experience launching acquisition funnels from scratch, not only optimizing existing flows.

• Experience with international B2C products, ideally subscription-based.

• Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and performance acquisition.

• Strong understanding of creative-driven growth and the relationship between creative → funnel → product → monetization.

• Experience working with offers, messaging, landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, and checkout flows.

• Strong understanding of unit economics and metrics such as CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS / ROMI, conversion rate, and payback.

• Ability to work with analytics and attribution and make decisions based on data.

• Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The role starts as a part-time engagement, approximately 4 hours per day.
