Content Specialist

We’re seeking a sharp-eyed and detail-oriented Content Production Specialistto ensure that all store content on our app meets the highest quality standards. From visuals to text, you’ll be responsible for spotting errors, aligning content with our guidelines, and making the necessary fixes to deliver a polished customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the database by receiving, processing, and accurately entering store data.
• Verify and validate menu data by comparing it against restaurant-provided information and other approved sources.
• Edit and standardize menu content according to established content guidelines.
• Perform regular quality checks and data validation to maintain accurate and complete content across the platform.
• Use AI and automation tools to support data extraction, content processing, categorization, validation and other repetitive tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline content and data-entry workflows through AI and technology.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Tech-savvy, able to work with web-based tools and database systems.
• Knowledge of AI tools for data extraction, content processing, categorization and validation.
• Ability to use AI and technical tools to improve accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies and content errors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to perform under hard deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data cleaning, validation or automation is a strong plus.
