Role Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of contractors, technicians, and site activities during renovation and fit-out projects. The role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to the required specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily renovation, installation, and fit-out activities.
• Coordinate technicians and contractors working on-site.
• Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and other technical works.
• Ensure work is completed according to instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify issues or deviations and escalate them to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure proper site organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Track daily progress and provide updates to the Site Engineer.
• Assist with inspections, snagging, testing, and project handover.
• Ensure contractors follow agreed schedules and work requirements.
• Support urgent technical requirements during project execution.
• Lead maintenance tasks whenever needed.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Works, or a related field.
• Experience in renovation, construction, or fit-out projects.
• Experience in retail, commercial, or warehouse environmentsis preferred.
• strong understanding of technical and maintenance works.
• Strong practical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to supervise technicians and contractors.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
