Responsibilities

• Supervising Tower’s automated trading systems during Indian market hours in a variety of markets for multiple trading teams
• Assessing live trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly respond to unusual behaviors or market conditions
• Working closely with risk managers and trading teams to alert key staff of any intraday trading issues and collaborating with Tower's core engineering team, brokers, and exchanges to resolve problems in real time
• Documenting monitoring procedures and log production issues as they occur

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a trading or trade support role, with experience supporting high-frequency automated trading strategies.
• Working knowledge of risk controls across equities, futures, options, and commodity markets, with an understanding of exchange-specific rules and procedures.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Linux is preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English for business purposes.
• The ability to work flexible schedules, including morning and evening shifts.
