Customer Experience Graduate Programme

Introduction Tracker Connect is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed South African graduates who are eager to gain meaningful workplace experience and build a career. Successful candidates will be placed within our Customer Experience Centre, where they will receive structured workplace exposure, coaching, and practical experience in a dynamic customer-centric environment. Duties & Responsibilities Key Outputs:
 
The Graduate Development Programme is a 12-month structured workplace experience programme aimed at graduates seeking practical exposure within a customer experience environment. After having completed the qualification, the young people will be equipped with the following competencies: 

• Providing effective first-contact and one-stop customer resolution.
• Capturing and updating customer information.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Handling customer queries and electronic communication.
• Developing knowledge of Tracker products, services and systems.
• Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
• Understanding invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes and payment allocations.
• Supporting data integrity initiatives.
• Contracting and scheduling.
• Developing problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Be a South African citizen in possession of a valid South African ID.
• Ages between 18 and 35 with no Criminal Record
• Be currently unemployed
• Not studying fulltime and no previous formal work experience
• Be computer literate.
  

Qualification:

Completed National Diploma or Degree in any of the below fields:
 

Ø  Business Management / Business Administration

Ø  Industrial Psychology

Ø  Information Systems / Data Analytics

Ø  Human Resource Management

Ø  Sales and Marketing

Ø  Customer Relationship Management

Ø  Other relevant or equivalent Commerce qualifications

Package & Remuneration No additional benefits are applicable for the duration of the programme.

A minimal stipend will be offered as remuneration to compensate for basic expenses during the course of the Graduate Programme which is for the duration of 12 months.
