About the job
Trackman products generate extremely accurate measurements using a patented combination of camera and radar, which provide valuable insights for athletes ranging from top worldclass professionals to enthusiastic amateurs, as well as coaches, scouts, and clubs of all levels.
As part of our company's continued expansion, we are looking for a .NET C# backend developer. You will join a department of 45+ skilled developers, responsible for applications used in golf, baseball, softball and football. You will be part of refinement, planning, implementation, testing and deployment to our customers.
We build applications hosted on distributed Linux servers running Docker, on Microsoft Azure technologies, on mobile devices and customer laptops. You will get to interact with skilled developers working across a range of platforms and apps. We always work with the latest LTS .NET version using C# with web frontends in React.
As part of our development toolkit, our teams actively use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to speed up coding, testing, and documentation - letting our developers spend more time on solving interesting problems and less on repetitive tasks.
You will join a team of skilled developers who love what they do and, in a role, where you can have a big impact both on what is being built and how it is built. We value having our developers being part of refinement and you will be deeply involved in finding great solutions from a technical as well as a user perspective together with our Head of Products and UI/UX designers.
Requirements
Required skills:
3+ years of working with .NET and excellent C# programming skills
Professional usage of an IDE like Visual Studio or Rider
Work in an agile environment with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and clear communication
Good understanding of architectural patterns and software design principles
Good communication skills and a positive and proactive mindset
Experience with Git
Additional skills (not required, but nice to have):
Experience with using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude)
Experience with Docker and Azure Pipelines
