This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices

- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Contribute to code reviews and actively participate in technical discussions.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and DSA concepts to develop efficient solutions.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
4+ years of experience in frontend/web application development using React.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, frontend architecture, and modern web development practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
