Team Overview

TruOps is TransUnion’s internal operational platform for serving customers, and the team supports Salesforce initiatives that strengthen the user experience and enable effective operational processes. This role advances adoption by preparing impacted users for new capabilities, redesigned processes, and ongoing system enhancements. The role collaborates closely with program, business, and communications partners to align stakeholder readiness, training, and communications activities. This role reports to the SVP, Business Processes. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Lead structured stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses for Salesforce capabilities, process redesigns, and system enhancements, identifying impacted groups, user personas, behavioral changes, adoption risks, and potential process disruptions.

• Define and execute change-readiness and enablement plans, including readiness criteria and checkpoints aligned with awareness, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement milestones.

• Translate identified impacts and adoption risks into practical, audience-specific enablement strategies that prepare users to perform effectively through change.

• Partner with communications teams to align enablement activities with communications timing and messaging, while communications partners retain ownership of communications planning and delivery.

• Develop comprehensive training strategies for major initiatives, identifying target audiences, appropriate delivery methods, required materials, training environments, and knowledge checks.

• Design and deliver role-based learning through live, virtual, on-demand, and blended formats, including hands-on learning, onboarding, targeted enablement, coaching, and user-support activities.

• Develop scalable enablement for incremental enhancements through microlearning, refresher training, just-in-time learning, and modular, self-paced digital content.

• Maintain and update the training catalog and learning materials to reflect evolving Salesforce features, operational processes, and user needs.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and user readiness, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust enablement approaches to strengthen proficiency and adoption.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and knowledge.

• Four to five years of experience in training, enablement, change management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience conducting stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses and translating findings into actionable readiness and enablement plans.

• Experience designing and delivering blended, role-based learning strategies for major initiatives and incremental system enhancements.

• Strong project management, organization, facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience applying instructional-design principles to develop instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and blended learning solutions.
• Ability to create hands-on learning activities, training environments, knowledge checks, microlearning, and modular self-paced content.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications to develop, organize, deliver, and maintain training and enablement content.

  • Experience supporting training modernization or converting traditional materials into scalable digital-learning content.
