Logistics Data Analyst - LATAM

Trax Inc. provides cloud-based solutions and services to automate and manage freight invoice auditing and payment processing for buyers and sellers of logistics services.The Trax platform enables companies to optimizesupply chain performance through greater visibility into their logisticsecosystem and predictive analytics based on over onebillion logisticstransactions from all industries, modes, and countries. Trax operateson a global scale with offices in the U.S., Latin America, Asiaand Europe.

The Logistics Data Analystwill execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally.They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targetsand service level agreements. Additionally, they will leadreconciliation meetings and audit reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identifyand resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timelycompletion of deliverables.

• Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreementsand utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintainconsistent performance.

• Implement and maintainstandard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.

• Identifynon-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

• Leads or participatein reconciliation meetings, audit reviewsand other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements.

• Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Tri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.
• Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging withclients, carriers, and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously.

• Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• High levelof professionalism and ability to work withall organizational levels.

• Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logisticsand supply chain industry.

• Flexibility to work in a shiftingschedule for 24/5 coverage.
