Supply Chain Specialist

For our client, a leading international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join their team

Job Description

• Manage demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment activities;
• Ensure alignment between Global Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, suppliers, and wholesalers;
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and wholesalers and ensure supply continuity;
• Coordinate distribution, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and import-related activities;
• Support and coordinate product launches and supply chain projects;
• Manage contracts and agreements with wholesalers;
• Monitor key KPIs, product availability, stock levels, and forecast accuracy;
• Participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects;
• Support activities related to serialization, regulatory requirements, and communication with relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, or a similar role;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry would be an advantage;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English - written and spoken;
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with supply chain systems would be an advantage.
