Şirketimizin büyüyen satış organizasyonunda görev almak üzere, altyapı hizmetleri, veri ve yapay zeka çözümleri alanında deneyimli, yeni iş fırsatları geliştirebilecek ve stratejik müşteri ilişkileri yönetebilecek Satış Yöneticisi arıyoruz.

Görev ve Sorumluluklar

  • Kurumsal müşteriler nezdinde yeni iş fırsatları yaratmak ve satış süreçlerini uçtan uca yönetmek,
  • Bulut teknolojileri, yapay zeka ve dijital dönüşüm çözümlerinin satışını gerçekleştirmek,
  • Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek uygun çözüm önerileri geliştirmek,
  • Teklif, sözleşme ve müzakere süreçlerini yönetmek,
  • Satış hedeflerine ulaşmak için aksiyon planları oluşturmak ve uygulamak,
  • Sektör, rakip ve teknoloji trendlerini yakından takip etmek,
  • Mevcut müşteri ilişkilerini geliştirerek çapraz satış ve ek satış fırsatları yaratmak,
  • Satış faaliyetlerini CRM sistemi üzerinden takip etmek ve raporlamak.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Kurumsal müşterilere yönelik bulut, veri ve yapay zeka çözümleri satışında en az 5 yıl deneyime sahip, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud veya benzeri bulut platformlarının satış süreçlerinde görev almış,
  • Yapay zeka, üretken yapay zeka (Generative AI), veri analitiği ve otomasyon çözümleri hakkında bilgi sahibi,
  • B2B satış süreçlerinde güçlü iş geliştirme ve müşteri yönetimi tecrübesine sahip,
  • Üst düzey yöneticilerle etkin iletişim ve sunum yapabilen,
  • Müzakere, ikna ve ilişki yönetimi becerileri güçlü,
  • Hedef ve sonuç odaklı çalışma disiplinine sahip,
  • İyi seviyede İngilizce bilgisine sahip
