Обязанности:

  • Составление и актуализация технической и пользовательской документации по внутренним продуктам компании
  • Самостоятельный discovery: изучение продукта, взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами для сбора информации
  • Разработка структуры документации с нуля
  • Ведение и актуализация базы знаний в Confluence
  • Подготовка отчётов, документов и презентаций для внутреннего и внешнего использования
  • Встраивание в цикл разработки - своевременное обновление документации при изменениях в продукте
Требования:
  • Опыт работы на позиции технического писателя от 2 лет в сфере продуктовой разработке
  • Знание жизненного цикла разработки ПО и перечня необходимых документов на каждом из этапов
  • Опыт документирования API (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), знание стандартов и лучших практик
  • Опыт работы с инструментами Swagger, Postman
  • Знание международных стандартов документирования программных продуктов (ISO/IEC/IEEE) и умение адаптировать их под специфику команды и продукта
  • Владение инструментами для создания диаграмм и понимание принципов построения Activity, Sequence, Deployment, ER-диаграмм и других типов визуализаций
  • Опыт документирования процессов и разработка BPMN схем.
  • Опыт работы с системами управления документацией (Confluence, Notion, GitBook)
