We are looking for an experienced German-Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.
In this role, you will work directly with one of our clients to lead critical GTM hiring in Germany. You will work closely with executive leadership, manage the full hiring process, and keep candidate pipelines moving smoothly.
Contract: Indefinite B2B
Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)
Notice period: ASAP (up to 1-2 weeks)
Language: Fluent German and English (minimum C1)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Full-Cycle Hiring: Own recruitment for GTM roles in Germany, managing everything from initial sourcing to final offer negotiations.
Customer Success Pipelines: Keep a steady flow of candidates sourced and moving through the process across all roles.
Executive Partnership: Work directly with the leadership team. Lead structured hiring syncs, give clear updates, and manage senior feedback with confidence.
Reporting & Pipeline Ownership: Keep recruitment systems up to date. Spot hiring risks early and communicate pipeline status clearly.
Who You Are:
Experienced Recruiter: 4+ years of experience hiring GTM roles in the German market.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working directly with C-level stakeholders and guiding them with clear and authoritative communication.
Direct Communicator: Fluent in German and English, minimum C1 level is required.
Proactive Owner: You manage your pipeline independently, surface hiring roadblocks early, and fix problems before they compound.
Data Savvy: Skilled at using ATS platforms and able to explain pipeline numbers clearly and accurately.
