We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Talent Sourcer based remotely in CEE or Balkans region.

Contract: Indefinite B2B
Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)
Notice period: ASAP (up to 1-2 weeks)
Language: Fluent German and English (minimum C1)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively identify and attract top talent using advanced sourcing methodologies, building healthy pipelines for immediate hires and future growth.
Targeted Engagement: Act as the primary touchpoint for prospective talent, crafting compelling, personalized outreach across professional networks to engage passive candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate directly with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define ideal candidate personas, calibrate talent pools, and streamline interview processes.
Funnel Analytics & Optimization: Track outreach metrics, response rates, and conversion ratios to continuously refine your sourcing channels and maximize efficiency.
Who You Are:
Experienced Sourcer: You bring 2+ years of hands-on talent sourcing experience, with proven mastery of Boolean search techniques, platform sourcing, and talent mapping.
Bilingual Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 essential) to confidently pitch candidates and partner with international teams.
DACH/EMEA Specialist: A solid track record of sourcing top talent within the DACH and broader EMEA markets, with a strong grasp of regional candidate expectations.
Systems Savvy: Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby), and candidate management tools to run clean, efficient pipelines.
Data-Informed Thinker: You leverage analytical thinking to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, solve search challenges, and optimize candidate conversion.
Location & Time Zone Aligned: Based in the CEE or Balkans region (working within CET/EET) to ensure effortless real-time collaboration with team members and clients.
