Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and dispatch activities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, product quality, timely order fulfilment, staff supervision, and compliance with safety standards.
• A minimum of three years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Co-ordinate receiving, storage, production and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor damaged, expired and low stock items.
• Ensure product quality, correct labelling, accurate quantities and timely order fulfilment.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and operational performance reports.
• Co-ordinate stock audits and collaborate with relevant departments to improve efficiency

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, inventory management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package or any inventory software.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
