Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, product quality, timely order fulfilment, staff supervision, and compliance with safety standards.
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG, is required.
- We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate receiving, storage, production and dispatch activities.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and operational performance reports.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure product quality, correct labelling, accurate quantities and timely order fulfilment.
- Co-ordinate stock audits and collaborate with relevant departments to improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor damaged, expired and low stock items.
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company or FMCG environment.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, inventory management, or related discipline.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package or any inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory documentation and reporting.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
